You cannot possibly love another until you love yourself, and so with that being said the first part to this session deals more with having a loving relationship with yourself. Compassion is surrendering your beliefs to see from another’s perspective, while maintaining a position of love.
Self Esteem is a manifestation of your relationship with yourself, which is based on your own personal assessment from within. When our self esteem is high we tend to treat ourselves with love and kindness. We still can love ourselves when our self esteem is low, however we may question; Am I good enough? Or am I worthy? We can all be our own worst critic at times.
This lesson is about resilience. Resilience is our ability to let things roll off us and the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties. In this lesson we will give you some basic tools for you to learn how to thicken your shell to withstand life’s falls.
Love is a vital need for us to live a healthy and purposeful life. If in every moment you said to yourself “I choose love”, your life would be radically different! This simple, yet profound statement can change your life. If you desire a life of peace and love, you must first become that in your own mind and body.
