About Nadine

Nadine is a Cognitive-Behavioural Therapist (CBT), who has been providing counselling while working with community agencies, hospitals, post-secondary schools and in private settings, since 1999. Nadine is the Founder and Director of CHATT Inc.

Nadine is known for her exceptional warmth, humour and problem-solving abilities which she applies to her work with individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, post-trauma, motor vehicle accidents, relationship issues (maintenance or ending), and life-disrupting mental illnesses. Nadine uses a recovery-based cognitive model (CBT) treatment which teaches new ways of thinking and behaving as a strategy to solving most emotional issues. She also provides Independent Psychological Assessments in relation to Motor Vehicle Accidents, and Workplace Health and Safety Board claims (WSIB).

Nadine is a Gottman Seven Principles Certified Trainer. The Gottman principles are based on over 40 years of research on what couples can do to strengthen their relationship and better resolve conflict.

Nadine obtained her Master of Arts degree in counselling psychology from the O.I.S.E. at the University of Toronto and has since received intensive training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. She is a Canadian Certified Counsellor.
